The staff were very good one member of staff had only just started even so was very helpful

Christopher our assistant was very friendly from the moment we walked in the store, he asked all the right questions and listened to the answers, enabling him to steer us in the right direction for the choice of goods purchased, he did his job very well indeed, even cracking a few jokes along the way, he was totally committed to our service from start to finish, really helpful and a pleasure to be served by him. It's a shame there is only one of him as plenty of other stores would benefit from his manner and service.

The person who assisted me was Frances. I asked to see two particular products. She showed both of them to me and then offered alternatives. In the event I chose one of those alternatives and the particular mattress I had gone to buy. Throughout the transaction she was polite, professional, informative, patient and immensely helpful.

Store staff were friendly and helpful, gave us a good amount of information and then the space to browse and chat amongst ourselves and then were ready to help us when we needed it. Perfect shopping experience for our needs.

Chris was amazing. I had never bought a bed and he engaged with my needs, my environment and financial circumstances to find the best bed for me. He offered his vast knowledge of experiences especially both only with a new mattress but when the mattress becomes 4-5 years etc. Offered me a go on the Stacy machine to confirm what would be best for me. Really friendly. I came back the next day and bought the mattress.
