The guy who served us made it an extremely pleasant visit.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful without being pushy. Chris (the manager?) Clearly has a good supportive relationship with Ashly who was new. Ashley was friendly and new her stuff, but was comfortable to refer to Chris when needed. All in all a pleasure.

Although Ashley (Ashleigh?) is a new adviser, she came across as very knowledgeable about her products. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I think you have a future star!!

We were assisted by Chris who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our quest to find a suitable mattress. He had some really witty humour without being rude or offensive. We just hit it off straight away and although we did not purchase at the first visit we returned and asked to see him to complete our purchase.

Quick and no pressure to buy from the staff who were attentive without being in your face.

The sales adviser welcomed us into the store a d asked what we were looking for. He directed us to the 3 TV beds that they had on display. He was able to deal with our queries and provided guidance on the current offers regarding mattresses which was really helpful.

The member of staff who dealt with me (and her colleague who was present) were friendly, helpful and very professional and dealt with my needs extremely competently. I actually boght a bed from you 2 months ago and was so satisfied I came back to the same store

The store was clean and I felt safe in it. The assistant was polite, friendly and helpful
