I thought everything went well and Christine was very help and I managed to pick the right mattress after trying a few.

The lady who served us was knowledgeable and patient

I first rang on Friday the 26/11/21, the receptionists had a beautiful telephone manner and was very informative. On our arrival the store, we were greeted on entry and with a smile. We were not rushed by sales staff and was given information on request which helped us decide.

The young lady who helped us was very efficient and friendly and explained everything to us about the items we were looking for.

I went to the Huddersfield store and a nice polite friendly lady called Ashleigh was very helpful. I am very happy with the service. I got help picking the best budgit mattress for my bad back. The lady listened to me.

We tried the sleep analysis. A list of 5 or 6 mattresses were recommended across constructions and price points. Our highly knowledgeable Dreams expert (Ash. Huddersfield store) discussed our requirements and narrowed it down to 3. We have previously had a VI spring mattress. We purchased the Feather and Black Harton sprung mattress. Which is made in the uk from natural materials.Well done Dreams, a great experience all round.

Although Ihad done some homework about beds in general before visiting a shop, I was moderately confused about the merits and limitations of each type of mattress. I went into the store with some trepidation, and after many years experience, some scepticism regarding salesmen! Your store Colleague at the Huddersfield (Leeds Road) Store - Rob - was the ideal person to overcome all my misgivings. Friendly, helpful, not at all pushy, very knowledgeable, and offered tea or coffee ! On one point of detail, he immediately looked up the answer. I must have "tried out" at least ten beds for comfort - including at my request the most expensive in the Store (I didn't like it). Rob showed unlimited patience, yet full attention. The decision the make up my mind, and initiate the purchase, was entirely mine (and my wife's), with no pressure at all. The purchasing itself was very straightforward, and the software on the Store computer seemed very good indeed - an excellent interface for the Store Staff - and much better than a lot of software I've seen. Rob went through the 'extras' very clearly and thoroughly and we felt we did well as purchasers. Rob is a very fine Colleague for you.
