The assistant(Adam)was very helpful and knowledgeable,also he left us alone to look around but was there when we needed to ask any questions.

Benjamin, who greeted me on entering the store, and who guided me through the options available, listened to my needs and ensured I could choose what was right for me. I selected the most expensive divan bed, mattress & headboard. However, I was happy that they would serve my needs and as a bed is an important investment, (my last one lasted me 15 years) and needed to be environmentally friendly, and natural products, I tried out several mattresses and looked at many bed bases. He didn’t a long time making sure I was totally happy with my choice. Excellent customer service, you don’t often these days, with so much online. Adam was also helpful too.
