Dreams - Horsham

The assistant asked me what type of mattress I wanted and took me straight to the one I purchased. All good.

On our arrival at the Horsham store we were met with a extremely helpful, professional and gorgeous young lady called Chaaz. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. As I suffer with painful joints and back she guided us on the best matress and gave me plenty of time to lay on each bed so I could decide for sure the right one for me. We felt completely in safe hands with her and she genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our choice. We also bought a Divan and Headboard and she happily talked us through which would be suitable. All I can say is that she was wonderful and I would strongly recommend anybody to go and buy their bed from Dreams especially if they are lucky enough to be served by Chazz. We ended up spending over £2000 in the store which I consider worth every penny. Thank you Chaaz and thank you Dreams for restoring my faith in retailers.
