Staff were cheerful, an all round fun experience

Friendly, knowledgeable girl who served us. Efficient, polite 10/10

Ben was knowledgeable and attentive without being too pushy. We were encouraged to try the mattresses, which we did, and given time to come to our decision. I like the fact that the mattress we chose is made of natural materials and fully recyclable. When processing the order he explained each step and checked we were happy with everything. His colleague was friendly and made us drinks but did not interfere.

We were not pressured into making a choice. We were left alone to discuss ourselves after being shown the options we had. We used the scanner to narrow down initial choices.

I got the quality I wanted at a lower price than expected. The machine that a summary of the type of mattress that was best suited to me was great in helping me make a decision that I was confused over.
