Friendly welcoming staff. It was our 2nd visit. We spoke with Kevin who ran us through our selected products and processed the order very promptly and professionally.

We were greeted by Josh and he was extremely attentive and helpful and made sure we looked at all the right beds for me and had a great experience.

Fantastic and very friendly service. James spent lots of time to fully understand our needs.

We managed to find our bed within 10 minutes of being in the store. The colleague that helped me and my family was very friendly and managed to help us with all of our needs and queries

Nice friendly welcome, offered a drink, excellent personal unhurried attention, used Sleepmatch to start with, then good knowledgeable advice and help without feeling under any pressure to buy. Happy for us to go back and forth trying the two mattresses we were deciding between armed with appropriate pillows! Following decision on mattress accompanied upstairs to show us our requested range of beds. Again no pressure. Paperwork then undertaken politely and efficiently. Left as happy customers. We bought our last bed from the same store over 10 years ago! The salesman was called Charles.

We arrived late on a Friday evening and were met by James at the Loudwater store, who was incredibly helpful from the off. He had a genuine passion and enthusiasm for his role without being contrived or overly pushy. Knowledgeable about the product range and helpful throughout. Genuinely very impressed with his service, the speed and smoothness of the transaction. He and another colleague wrapped and carried a single bed to the car for us to take away in minutes, whilst arranging for delivery of larger items at later stage.
