We had a very successful and rewarding visit. We were welcomed and treated extremely well and came away feeling extremely satisfied with our purchase and all other aspects of our visit.

We were helped by Charles at the Loudwater store who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, both in the shop and in our discussion on the telephone a few days after our visit. Nothing was too much trouble and he was a credit to your firm.

Lovely staff, offered us drinks, a pillow, explained how we could try the machine to get an idea of what mattress we liked. Ordering was quick and simple, everything was explained well and the staff were knowledgeable

We went in for a mattress and came out having bought 2 mattresses and another new king-size bed. The customer support employee named Charlie impressed us so much we took his advice and bought a well overdue new bed for ourselves.
