Dreams - High Wycombe

We were served by Mick at High Wycombe branch who was attentive and patient and was really knowledgeable about the products. He didn’t push a sale and instead allowed us time to make sure the bed was right for us.

I was was greeted by friendly staff, who were very helpful. They were not only courteous to me, but also very courteous to each other. Staff had good product knowledge and I felt safe to buy as a result.

We had a lovely lady called Leah from the Knaves Beech High Wycombe branch, she was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the process. We actually travelled further to go back to the branch for her assistance as we did not receive a level of service as good else where. She took the time to go through all of our options and was so kind and considerate through out the process; regardless of how picky we were! No problem was too big for her, she is an asset to the company!

The sales rep Leah was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store had both the bed frame and mattress available for me to view. The timeline for delivery was reasonable and the options for flexibility given my house move were useful.

Service was quick and too the point. There was no overselling of other products, just selling me what I wanted.

Staff member very helpful and knowledgeable, Did not put pressure to buy.

Greeted by Kevin very helpful I have mobility problems and he ware very helpful and explained everything about the bed and mattress to me he made me a coffee I did not feel any pressure from him great experience

The minute we entered the branch we were approached by a very helpful man who sowed us to product we wanted and was very knowledgable
