From the moment we arrived in the store James was polite, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. He went above snd beyond our expectations in finding the right mattress and pillows. I can’t thank him enough for the service he provided

The whole process of buying a bed was made so simple! The store was well stocked and the staff were great. Knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

We were greeted on entry. Leah listened to what we were looking for and directed us to appropriate area. We were left to look but Leah was around to answer any questions. She was not pushy with the sale but was there when needed. We found what we wanted and it will be delivered when we requested.

James was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

From the moment we were welcomed at the door, James made us feel quite special. He offered us a delicious hot drink, whilst playing with our dachshund, and listened intently to our needs. He was very patient And showed us around A large selection of beds. He was never pushy and was quite content for us to go back and forth between the selections. He carefully made sure that we retained our pillows with us at all times, which I’m sure was a Hygine thing and very wise. He spent a considerable time with us explaining the sleepmatch machine and explained, in easy terms, its findings. He never tried to oversell anything, and was professional at all times. My wife and I never felt harassed at any time and we were given plenty of time to make a final decision. James explained the pros and cons of all the warranties, delivery options and recycling options. Again we never felt pressured into taking any of these and were happy with our final purchase. If the rest of your team are half as friendly and professional as James,you are very lucky indeed From being met at the door to being helped to the car with our purchases, 5 star service . Thank you

Cameron was extremely helpful. Clearly had a great knowledge of products and was able to find the perfect mattress, bed and pillows for us. Very friendly and not pushy at all, which was a nice change from other bed stores we have visited

Leah was brilliant. Not overally forceful on getting the sale, she balanced the standard sales malarky and being a genuine human to speak to really well. I was going to buy from Emma/other online in the box matress. But being able to go in and try the matresses was a dealbreaker. They answered my relavent (although somewhat crude) questions genuinley (bce you dont just sleep in a bed, and that resulted in me actually spending more with you guys. I dont normally review, but fair play Dreams, and Leah, and the other bloke with the glasses. Top job would buy again in another 8 years
