The visit fully met my expectations. Pleasant surroundings, presentable and knowledgeable assistant. I appreciated the relaxed approach to trying the different types of mattresses and the presentation of the pros and cons of each.

I was greeted by the store colleague upon arrival, given all of the information I needed and also given suggestions for items I may not have considered. The process was simple and quick and a deal was arrived at which I am highly satisfied with.

I was extremely satisfied with our experience at dreams, we were well looked after by James from the Loudwater, High Wycombe branch. We were looking to buy a sofa bed and storage sutton bed which he was extremely helpful with. He offered us a drink and made us feel at home.

The gentleman who helped us, Kevin, was extremely helpful and he used our names rather than just gesturing which some sales assistants can do which made it feel personal and he remembered our names after we went away and came back. He took our wants into consideration and based his recommendations on that. We loved the machine that matched you to a bed that was cool.

Very helpful, the bed machine seemed to find the correct mattress only negative is never discussed budget initially which left us seeing beds significantly above our budget and have to compromise leaving us with a slight feeling of disappointment.

Kevin was super helpful, speedy and friendly. He showed us how to use the sleep machine and remembered us when we returned the next day. When picking a mattress protector and duvet, he made great suggestions based on personal experience. I can’t fault the service. He was really good!

James the salesman was excellent,his knowledge of the products was good and he was extremely polite.

Staff were vert polite, offered me coffee (always a nice idea) I was offered various options and I bought a bed, matress, duvet and pillows. Great service
