The sleep expert Charles was extremely polite and we felt at ease throughout the visit. We were not rushed and even had the chance to have a coffee during the visit. We enjoyed the sleepmatch experience and the chance to try a range of products to suit our needs. Many thanks to Charles for all his expert knowledge and professional approach.

James met us as soon as we entered the showroom, and was able to listen, understand our needs and guide us though the process, with ease and politeness, and humour!

We knew the type of bed we wanted when we entered the store , but kevin was very helpful and suggest what type of mattresses would be best for us,

We were greeted by Josh and left to try the mattresses, but he was available when needed. Not pushy at all, just helpful

Person who served us was knowledgable and efficient and listened to our needs and comments. He was also patient as we tried several different beds. We weren't rushed or pressured in to making a decision.

Cameron the sales assistant was friendly, knowledgable and took the time to understand what our requirements were. Great buying experience.

We were kmmediately greeted as we entered the store and our customer assistant stayed with us and was very attentive to our needs, until we placed our order and left the store

Service was friendly and helpful, time was taken to find out exactly what I wanted and I never felt hurried or pressured. Good suggestions were made for extras like pillows etc. The subsequent ' admin' was fast and efficient, and when I later wanted to change my delivery date, that was promptly dealt with as well I would certainly recommend Dreams and will return.
