I rang in advance of my visit and spoke to Leah. On arrival the next day she was very welcoming, very knowledgeable, very patient and helped me through the process of buying a new mattress. Leah is a credit to Dreams. Please thank her for all her help. The purchase was a bit daunting ahead of my visit but Leah put my mind to rest immediately and I am thrilled to bits with my purchase and cannot wait to take delivery in April.

On arrival we were asked if we needed any support, we were left to browse at ease until we were ready. The assistance listened to what we were looking for and taking on board our specific needs guided and supported us to make our decision. Additional benefits were offered but not forced on us. We were offered refreshment while the transaction was being processed. There was no issues over delivering to Amersham, timelines were clear and the assistant tried really hard to meet the short timescales. We felt safe, he wore a mask and was aware of social distance requirements. We were helped to carry the additional purchases to the car. Overall a friendly, positive experience. Thank you Charles

Leah was super efficient and co-operative, she know what customer is looking for and she took us to the product we looking for without wasting any time . I would give her 10 out of 10 for the way she dealt with us !!

The store is highly organised. Staff are on hand the moment you walk in and very attentive to understanding my personal needs. I didn't have a big budget but I wanted value for money. I didn't feel "SOLD AT" like dealing with a second hand car salesperson but instead I felt treated like a true customer. I wasn't rushed and I was guided through the whole process.

Been served by Leah who's been very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, offered us pillows for trying the sofa bed and also drinking water which was a fine very pleasant touch

The member of staff Charles at loudwater was incredibly helpful, I am in a wheelchair and he was so understanding of our needs and couldn’t have given us better advice.
