Immediately tended to when we walked in, process of testing for the right bed clearly explained and carried out, very friendly person (Cam) who stayed alongside us explaining all we needed to know and offered a drink, left to then discuss between us before making a decision, but promptly back when we were ready.

Very pleasant customer service and didn't feel pressured and 'pounced on' as we were in other competitors. Helpful information and guidance on what would suit our needs and when we said we would go to chat about it and come back again, there was no pressure from the sales advisor to get us to buy immediately. Great service.

I already knew what I was searching for and the assistant listened to what was said and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, if he did he would have lost the sale.
