I dealt with Leah and James at the store and they were so friendly and professional they went over and above expectations dealing with me. I can as so impressed and I have already recommended them to several of my friends and family who are looking to replace existing beds.

Charles asked if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for and immediately pointed us to 3 beds, with out his help we would of had to of tried each bed in the store. His knowledge and response to our questions was clear and factual. We have ended up buying (what we hope) is our perfect bed, all thanks to Charles.
