Emma was extremely helpful and took time to help me find the perfect mattress

The whole experience was friendly and professional. Emma knew her subject, had a pleasant manner and flexible approach which made it easy for us to work out what we wanted. No pressure and good ideas. It was a very enjoyable experience ... and unexpected.

Emma was absolulty fabulous. I was greater at the door and it was suggested I go OK the dream machine to see what mattress I needed. I was then shown a range of Mattresses all of which I found super comfy so it must of worked. I then chose mine based on value for money.

Sandy E was very knowledgeable and helpful plus the tea and coffee were great and served by another friendly member of staff.

Nice welcome from the sales assistant, who listened to our requirements on the type of mattress we preferred. We were shown the various options on offer and advised on which would be the best for our needs.

Knowledgeable friendly and helpful staff

Met at the door, given a bed test to see what type of bed we meet our needs. Tried out several beds of the type that would suit us best and eventually selected one. We were offered a cup of tea whilst we waited to process our order.

As soon as we walked into the store we where softly approached and from then on everything was explained with no rush an know hassle. Also the materess testing machine was excellent.

Chris been very nice and very helpful. Been in the store with my 5 yrs old daughter and she was friendly and trying to keep her busy so we can make the best choice . The staff overall is confident and doing the job properly. Only disadvantage is the price which I never thought I would pay for a bed and mattress.

All staff were knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful. Did not feel rushed to make a decision. Explained the billing well. Felt the staff listened to my needs and gave me options.
