Excellent staff, and despite our assistant being in the job only a few weeks, they demonstrated a huge amount of knowledge. Good energy and fun throughout and landed us with the product we needed.

We were served by Sandy who was very helpful , knew her product information. Sandy soon realised that I had some mobility issues which she reassured me that it wasn't a rush & helped me as much as possible. Also she realised.my husband a joker & played him at his own game but remained professional . Well done Sandy & thank you !

Very professional advice

We were greeted by a very friendly lady by the name of Chris at the Hereford store. We were looking for a double size ottoman bed and she showed us the two models available and explained the differences between the two (classic and luxury) and the benefit of the more expensive of the two. Chris gave us an approximate delivery date but as we were hoping it would be sooner we decided we would go away and have a think about it. She was very understanding and didn’t attempt to push us into the purchase (something which we hate and find very off-putting!!) A short time later we returned to make the purchase and was very politely thanked for doing so.
