No pushy sales tactics. Given the answers to our questions then left to make decisions. We were given informed answers to all our questions and felt comfortable that we had everything we needed to make our choice.

Laura was new to the store so the manageress was keeping a watchful eye on her. Laura will make an excellent employee . She was helpful, not too pushy, chatty, but left us to make our own decision on whether to buy or not, we did!

Although new to the role, the customer assistant Lorna went above and beyond in making sure i was looked after. As she was new there were some questions that she didn't know the answer too- but i was impressed with how she delt with that, and made sure i was given facts
