We were greeted soon after entering the store and given plenty of time to browse around before being given advice on how to choose our new bed frame and mattress. Chris, the store assistant, was friendly and professional, she spent plenty of time helping us to try out different mattresses, even swapping them onto different bases, but we never felt pressured to make a particular choice. Once we had made our decision the purchase process was straightforward, helped by a cup of tea, and the delivery arrangements were good. Overall a very enjoyable shopping experience.

I had visited another retailer who did not even approach me to assist. CHRIS was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and made the whole process professional and yet personal. I was given refreshments and she checked every time that I was clear to proceed and understood the procedures involved. I had not bought a bed for many years and frankly was shocked at the price - I am on a pension and was purchasing foir my son who has persistent back problems - but Chris expertly guided me and did her best to keep cost down by showing me a Headboard at reduced price. I am very happy with the service I received - thank you.
