As we are in our 80s we were treated in a way that was very helpful in making our selection. With courtesy and good humour . The staff taking time to see we got what we wanted with no pressure to buy any particular product. We would certainly recommend this store to our friends.

I was feeling so comfortable and understable, the staff was so friendly but also has a good knowledge about all the products. All the process was going smooth and in very nice atmosphere. I will definitely back to Dreams when I will buy my next mattress!

The quality time spent by the stores assistant Mr. Kishan and the time spared by The manager Mr Harry satisfied me. The way in which I have been treated and when I asked for some more discount The way in which I got the explanation to satisfy me that I got the best deal in a professional polite manner impressed me. Staffs are the main asset for any company which I believe Dreams do have. Charles Approached my wife and myself on our entry to the store, offered a hot drink and took us through the options available. I was allowed to try out a number of mattresses. After making my decision the paperwork was expedited rapidly/

I was helped by Charles on arrival I told him what I was looking for he advised me on the different types of mattresses and left me to it which was really good as it can be annoying when sales advisors can be very pushy. He came back several times to see how I was doing and answered any further questions. He was so patient as I was buying a bed for my daughter and she was not sure as to what type of mattress to buy. So glad he was there to help as we would probably have walked out without a purchase. He offered tea coffee and water several times. We placed the order but then on the weekend my daughter changed her mind about the type of mattress. We went back on Monday the 8th April after work helped us again and changed the order. I also need a new mattress so will be going in the next few months to make another purchase. I also liked the idea of the fact that we can try the mattress and if in the 42 days we can change our mind to a different one. Excellent service.

Bobby was sensitive to my needs as I have a hip problem We kept asking question which was no problem at all The product information that Bobby was giving us was very informative and flow naturally and put us at ease But not pushy at all The store was clean and easy to view
