I originally came and spoke to Prince, he mapped out the needs of the type of mattress me and my wife would need. We then proceeded to test various mattresses that would be suitable and then narrowed it down to the perfect one. I wanted to compare so left that day and went to John Lewis, after trying many mattresses there, I was not satisfied with the options they had. I returned to the same Dreams store and was recognised and greeted by Prince who remembered our needs and proceeded to help us choose a bed frame too. We placed the order and left satisfied with our purchase.
