The customer service I received at the store was outstanding. The staff member went above and beyond to ensure I found EXACTLY what I was looking. For example, he encouraged us to sit on the mattress to get the full experience and was very pleasant to talk to

Rakesh was very knowledgable and friendly. It made for a relaxed and informative sales experience. We felt he took the time to understand our needs and didn’t pressure us into a decision. Even when we had narrowed it down to two mattresses and were stuck between them his advice was on point. We were given space to discuss things and he checked in with us and was available when we needed help. He answered all our questions with a no nonsense approach. Very pleasant and genuine salesman.

Me and my family went in ( dreams ltd ) Hayes today to purchase a bed but was unsure of what I wanted so we were assisted by kishan who is very friendly with excellent customer service skills he showed us different types of beds and mattresses he's very knowledgeably in the different types of beds, mattresses both spring and memory foam he also provided us with refreshment's whilst we look around and explain the functions and features of different kind of beds and mattresses to suit my needs and budget which makes my purchase allot easier in which we didn't have to look else where his team was also very friendly but he Shine's brilliantly in every aspects and area today after the service we received today I would highly recommend this store to family and friends overall I couldn't have ask for a better service and haven't seen any cause for improvement 100% excellent will definitely buy from store again Your,Costumer. We were greeted straight away and shown the machine that finds you the mattress that is right for you. Charles was amazing going through everything with us and it didn't take long to find the right mattress for us

Store colleague Prince was very friendly and displayed excellent product knowledge. He didn't pressurise us to make a decision, he provided us with enough time to make a well informed decision.

The were very friendly and helpful, and also offered my family and I room service by offering us tea, coffee and chocolate drinks during our shopping in the store.

Kiran was really helpful throughout the visit. She took her time going through the products with me and helped me pick the perfect mattress and bed. All the colleagues were very welcoming and I felt comfortable enough to take my time and questions.
