Very good customer service, was served tea and was given instance assistance and was helped through our experience

Today was my first time buying a mattress and I decided to try Dreams as a work colleague had recommended the store to me. When my mum, nan and I walked into the shop we were immediately welcomed by two colleagues and then offered a drink which was a lovely touch and not something that any other stores offer. We were asked what we were looking for and that's when we were introduced to Narvinder. Narvinder was super friendly, helpful, funny, polite and patient, and he made our whole experience at Dreams so much better and easier. We spent almost an hour in the store and Navinder was with us the whole entire time whilst we tried different mattresses and pillows. Narvinder was super helpful, answering all our questions and he even offered us extra information and recommendations about where to look for carpets which was great. The whole process from trying different mattresses and pillows to placing the order and arranging delivery was so easy and enjoyable, I was even surprised that my mattress could be delivered in 3 days as I was thinking it would take a while longer. If I ever needed to buy something else bed related I would go straight to Dreams and ask for Narvinder.

The service was very good and happy because I found what I want and the man who served us his name Prince was very helpful

The store was very well set out. I was able to find the products I wanted to look at very easily. The employees were very helpful and kind. I was spoken to nicely and felt very welcomed into the store

Rakesh at the Hayes branch engaged with us as soon as we entered the store. We told him we wanted a quick look around and then would consult him if we needed help. Rakesh took us around the store, explaining the different types of Ottoman beds and the pros and cons of each. He also offered advice on lumbar support and sleeping patterns. He encouraged us to try the mattress experience and assess which mattresses were best suited to our sleeping pattern. He then took us through 6 or 7 different mattresses and asked us to weigh up whether we liked each one, comparing to previous ones and also adjusting on the fly depending on our answers. Overall, Rakesh was very helpful and we could not fault his service.

Our consultant, Charles, was very helpful and attentive, without pressuring us or bothering us, but always there with really helpful and good advice. We felt really well looked after and he helped us to make a final decision in the purchase. We didn't feel at any time, that he wanted to just sell us something, but we felt, he really just wanted to help us to find the right matress for our needs.

I been welcome the minute I step to the store and direct to the upstairs floor to see the sofabeds we have chosen the sofabed and get all sorted quick been also offered a drink during the sorting out process. Nice and friendly store thank you

Great customer service as well as identifying our needs as individuals

Staff are always friendly and have good knowledge of products which is why we returned to this particular store in Hayes. We have been very pleased with previous purchases from this store and am sure will be just a pleased with new orders we have placed.
