The initial person who dealt with me was very rude and almost didn't want to serve me. As i walked out the Store Manager asked why I was leaving and persuaded me to go back in side and he personally help me choose 2 beds and a mattress which i bought and paid for straight away. I made my purchase today based on the service i received from the Manager and his expert knowledge, intact i only wanted to buy one bed, instead I bought 2 which i am very happy with. My 2 daughter's and I were made to feel comfortable and important during our visit. The Manager asked us several times about our requirements and made several recommendations and before purchase he ensured that we were happy with the beds and mattress. Dreams should commend the store manager for 'saving' a sale of £1500 which otherwise I was going to spend elsewhere.

I had a very easy shopping experience with Kiran and the mangager Harry at the Hayes branch. I was recommended to visit this branch as my brother had brought a bed from this branch a few months back and I was so so glad i came to Hayes instead of my local smaller Acton store. Kiran was very patient and put me on a sleep mattress machine to see what mattresses would suit me. This was very useful. i have needed a new matress for almost 11 years and never got round to actually getting one. I am so excited for this new purchase and can not wait to improve my sleep. Kiran also recommended me some pillows which I was able to take away on the day and they have improved my neck pain while sleeping already. Thank you so much for making the experience so hassle free. I cant wait for my new ottoman bed and mattress!

The dreams branch in Feltham is absolute rubbish. The advisors couldn’t bother themselves. I walked in with my family and was barely acknowledged and there was one person on the floor. Wasting time with a couple who had no intention of buying. After wasting 20 minutes - we left. Funnily enough so did that same couple with £0 purchase. Fantastic. I then drove the family to Dreams in Hayes - I was acknowledged immediately by various team members and was taken care of by Prince, he was brilliant. He can take a joke, kept me engaged and the family. Respected the family a lot and discussed the month of fasting and also wished us a good Eid as we left. He was genuinely brilliant. I cannot praise this man enough. I will also be writing in separately to the directors of Dreams, so he gets this recognition. He deserves a huge well done from his superiors.
