Charles was a most helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant.

Store well laid out showing products. Staff didn't pounce on you as soon as you walked in the shop but let you browse before offering assistance. Staff knew products very well.

The customer service provided was fast and efficient. Was given a quick review of items available for what I was looking for and options available.

From beginning Dreams sale assistant Bobby was extremely friendly and helpful for me and my boyfriend. Never before I had same good time spending during the shopping as in Dreams. She helped us to choose the best mattress for our preferences and budget.

I initially came into store at the beginning of March to view a bed and sofa bed that I had seen on-line. As soon as I walked into store I was acknowledged by Harry/ Harpal from dreams he was very helpful and when through all the various option even though this was a speculative visit as I hadn't completed on my property. Yesterday I went back into store, as I walked in Harry (even though he was on a call with another customer acknowledged me, another dreams colleague greeted me and asked if I wanted a hot drink. (This kind of service is very rare, so was very pleased). Harry also not only remembered by name but remembered the items that I was interested (this is a skill you can't teach, was very impressed by this considering how many customers this store must have, especially as the first time I popped in was over 2 months prior!)

Customer service is really important to me. I was welcomed, listened to and had the time taken very patiently and politely for my requirements. My whole order was dealt with by all staff from purchase to setting up, I purchased my last bed with Dreams and recently a matress before this last purchase. Thank you all.

Bobby the salesperson was really helpful, listened to what I needed and knew how all bed frames worked. Helped me to understand which mattress is best for me and set me up to utilise the machine to see which mattress I should buy. I did actually buy the mattress that it recommended! She allowed me all the time I needed to make a decision and made the process very simple.
