Excellent customer service, Kishan our assistant was very helpful he spent time and effort to make sure we were shown everything so that we had various choices to chose from. This excellent customer service lead to us purchasing on the day leaving the store knowing we are happy with our purchase and no need to search around other bed stores.

We were meet by Harry as soon as we entered the store and we was very friendly. We explained our needs and then introduced to the new equipment that measures your sleeping positions and posture well impressed. We were offered a hot drink which was very good. Harry was informative about the products but not in a over loading way as his chat was broken up about family life. We made our choices and the ordering process went smoothly. We left a substantial deposit and to pay balance Sat 3rd august.

the Salesman was very knowlegable and friendly. Was offered coffee from the vending machine. The sale was "person centred" and not.rushed

Staff was friendly and really know about the product. I have lower back pain and was looking for a new mattress for my room. The staff suggested we to the 'mattress test machine' and suggested type of pillow for my husband and I. The only thing is I have to wait for a week for our bed to arrive... Really looking forward for a good night sleep soon once our bed arrive!

This is an excellent company that sells high quality bed, ill highly recommend family and friends to buy items from dream. The customer service is excellent. They gave us coffee and hot chocolate which was very kind of them to do. They have very good deals and guaranteed. The staffs were very friendly to us and this is the best company I brought my bed from. Dream is excellent.
