Salesperson very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us get a bed within our timeframe

The sales person Kishan was very polite knowledgeable understanding of my requirements and was very pleasant .Explained me options of payments and benefits of buying more than£500 worth offer etc. The only dissatisfaction was that the headboard could not be delivered at the same time as the bed. The sales person Kishan is a great asset to your company

The staff were attentive and polite. We dealt with a few staff members on various visits and all were very helpful but did not pressure us in any way to make a purchase. We purchased two beds and mattresses for our children a year ago and came back to purchase a bed and mattress for ourselves based on the great customer service we received the first time.

I loved the Sleepmatch facility- i was amazed that it picked out 3 perfect mattresses! I was also very impressed by the sales assistant who helped us. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

The member of staff who helped us was really friendly and gave us some great ideas as well as showing us the Sleep Match machine which gave us a good shortlist of beds.

I am very pleased with the way bobby treated me and helped me with choosing my entire set that comforted my needs.

Bobby was very professional and understanding and gave us time to look around and explain all products in detail.
