Prince was very friendly and offered us drinks as it was very warm. We had questions regarding the bed and if we could change the way the bed frame worked, he advised he would check for us. He then went inside and got a catalog which helped answer our question. He also advised us of the offer of 20% off that we would receive.

Service was very good as soon as we walked into the store Charles offered as-stance and a drink. Due to his service we did not use the company cashback scheme were we could have received £55.93 back from the purchase of the product. He full allowed for us to try products even with the correct pillow to get fall feel of the bed.

The assistant was not pushy as some salesmen are, he gave us lots of information, walked us through alternatives and then left us to decide. Once we had decided, he explained everything to us and we were very confident to continue with the purchase
