I spoke Bobby the floor support who was absolutely amazing. She was professional and emphatic, knew what she was talking about and had amazing knowledge about mattresses. 5 star service.

The salesman was extremely helpful and attentive.

He let us sleep on the bed to check for a suitable bed frame and was being very friendly.Everything was very clear and I was highly satisfied.

From the moment we walked in the door, the assistant (Prince) was exceptionally attentive. He clearly had great product knowledge, was very friendly and put us at ease as we took our time to choose the right mattress. We had previously been into a competitor's shop and were disappointed with the lack of service so this was much appreciated.

The whole process from start to finish was well thought out and stress free. From the initial greeting by a Dreams colleague, through the assistance provided during our successful search for the mattress best suited to our very particular requirements, to the payment stage and beyond ... the service was exemplary.

From the moment my parents and I entered the store we knew we were in good hands. We were greeted from the beginning by Harry and provided with exceptional customer service throughout our time in the store. Of most importance to us was the fact our needs were being listened to throughout. The knowledge that was shared was really insightful and informative to help me make a decision and using the Dreams Sleep Match facility made the whole experience more fun and tailored to me. There was no pressure or rush at all and I was shown a range of products within my budget. I came into the store to find a mattress after experiencing lower back pain for a long period of time. Not only was I supported to find an amazing mattress and bed frame to meet my needs, but my parents had also left the store having ordered one too. I can’t recommend Dreams enough, Harry had made our shopping experience an absolute breeze!

I recently visited dreams to order my bed and I was acknowledged straightaway when I walked in and given time to browse after which store members approached me and asked me what I was sfter. I was super impressed with the level of knowledge and honesty provided by Bobby when ordering my bed. She processed this order straightaway, informed me of different payment options that would suit me and all costs involved. I was shown around all options that fitted my specification really quickly and everyone was so friendly. To name a few examples, I was offered lattes / coffees / tea, other store members who weren't serving me stopped to say hello and asked me how my day was going and how the christmas break was - it was so friendly. To top this, I had my heavily pregnant sister with me and the staff at Dreams were so receptive to her, pointing out the lifts so we didn't need to take the stairs, offering water/seats so she could comfortably sit down, despite them being busy. Covid health and safety measures were amazing - all staff members had masks and this was reinforced to members of the public. Finally, I was greeted by the stored manager which in my experience is rare in retail! Thanks
