What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Was warmly greeted by Bobby who was efficient and knowledgable, she ensured everything was thought of to ensure my purchase was exactly what I needed. One of the nicest shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time

Harry the Store Manager, showed us different kind of mattresses and pillows, we were originally going to go for a soft mattress, but after we did the sleep analyser we found out we needed a firm to extra firm mattress. Harry did a excellent job wit explaining the differences between mattresses

We went to the Dreams store without any prior knowledge of the product we want. Upon entering the store Harry the store manager spotted us and offered to help. He was so informative and his product knowledge is exceptional. He quickly informed as of all the types of frames while talking to us about pros and cons of each. All this was done in a calm way without being the pushy salesmen. He was honest about the products and it was a great experience to be fair.

We where shown around to a variety of products to ensure we make the right choice. The product knowledge of Kishan was very good and he maintained excellent customer service throughout our visit.

The customer service agent bobby was extremely helpful and knowledge. She assisted me throughout the visit and placed my order efficiently and effectively.

Kishan provided excellant service helping me find the right products. He gave me great advice, showed me the sleep machine and didn't push me to make a purchase. He gave me the space to make a choice and showed me all the incentives for shopping at dreams.

Assistant was well informed about the product. The transaction was completed very quickly. The assistant explained about the various mattresses, delivery dates, disposal of old mattress, and overall explained everything in a very satisfactory . We were even offered a cup of tea. What more can I say. !!

Our experience Felt very relaxed, we was offered help then left to have a look but was told just to ask if we had any question or wanted more help. We did feel pressured.
