Narvinder guided us through the whole process - we used the in store sleepmatch facility which was great for finding the best mattress for myself and my partner. Narvinder then took plenty of time showing us the different recommended options, and was very patient with us! We took some time to decide and when we came back to the store Narvinder helped us build the best overall package for us, suggesting different pillows, different warranty options etc. He wasn't at all pushy, simply helped us through the process which can be very confusing and overwhelming! Once we had decided, Narvinder had the order placed really quickly and made sure the delivery was convenient for us. It was a really great shopping experience.

We visited your store in Slough a week prior to our purchase and met with your sales assistant Narvinder who was covering in this store but based in your Hayes store. He was very helpful and helped us choose the right matteress for us he gave us a quote for 2 sizes the double and the Kingsize frame and mattress for us to go home and measure. We said we would return and purchase which he advised that to see any one of his colleagues who can assist us as he was only at the slough store for the day. We went to your Hayes store to purchase the bed and mattress as this was our local store and Narvinder was working at this branch he welcomed us again offering Tea,coffee or a cold drink and made the whole experience with ease as this time we went with a child he included our child with the conversation asking what bed he like this kept out child occupied so we thanked him for that. The whole process from start to finish was stress free! Thank you!
