We made three visits to the store. Our first visit was so positive we kept referring back to the experience as we shopped around. We had the sleep assessment and various mattresses were suggested to us, which meant we were able to try the mattress we'd be buying. Online, prices can be cheaper for divans, but we liked the fact we could get 0% credit. We will be looking for beds for the other rooms and are likely to consider this branch of Dreams for our other purchases.

WE WENT TO DREAMS AS WE HAD SEEN THE ADVERT ON TV WE HAD NEVER BEEN INTO ONE OF THERE STORES AND TO SAY WE WHERE IMPRESSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT I HAVE NEVER BE GREETED IN A STORE SO WELL HARRY THE MANAGER GREETED US VERY WARMLY OFFERED COFFEE , NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH HE CHANGED PILLOWS ON ALL BEDS WE TRIED TO SEE WHICH SUITED HE WENT THAT EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH BED WE FINALLY PURCHASED AND WE TRIED ALOT HE MADE SURE LIKED COLOUR OF HEADBOARD PLUS A LOWER BASE DIVAN CANT WAIT FOR BED TO COME NOW

Kiran was very friendly and knowledgable. Very thorough with all her descriptions, excellent customer service. Exceeded our expectations, and really too her time with us.

As soon as myself and partner arrived I store the staff kindly greeted us and provided coffees whilst we got sorted as to which mattress would suit us Harper was very polite and very friendly and made us feel at ease to choose what we needed very mressesed with store

Kiran had plenty of knowledge about the products and offered plenty of choice on the type of bed i should go for. Really loved the bed you lay on to find your ideal bed!!

I was assisted by a customer service staff member that was also management harpal(harry) this was easily reflected in level of care and professionalism that was offered. Me and my wife were made to feel very comfortable. And there was no sense of pressure put on us for a sale to be achieved. We were comfortably explained the whole process and put through that whole process with ease and comfort. All my needs were understood and accommodate for. A very high level of understanding care consideration and professionalism was shown. This made me feel comfortable in discussing any issues with the thought that they could be resolved. At the end I felt only comfortable with discussing everything with harpal and completing the order through himself. I wasn't even phased by cheaper prices next door and returned to seal the deal. Even though he seems like he had a natural talent and flare for what he was doing it still seemed that he had put a lot of work and effort into achieving a high level and standard of customer service. He is definitely an asset to your company and should be considered in any future further development for industry success. .
