We were meet by Hary, who was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions. We were shopping for a new mattress only as we both having back pains and neck pain lately. So he offered us the sleep match which identified some choices which we already been shown 2 prior to the sleep match result. After we choose our mattress Hary offered a few pillows to try and we have purchased 3 of them. He was aking about out bed frame too and kind of hint it to my husband that that is important too and showed us a selection of them, where we decided to take advantage of the black Friday deal and purchased a bed base too ending up spending a healty amount. We were offered a hot drinks a few time during our visit where my son took advantage to the hot chocolate:-) and placing the order was extremely easy and completing the finance application. Overall I am a very happy customer who received decent customer services.

I went to purchase bed and mattress for my children. Staff Kishan came with a lovely smile and helped us. He has shown us the right selections , but I didn't purchase at that time and came back. After a week I went and surprisingly kishan was still there and he even remember our kids name. He assisted us very quickly and all ordered. I used kishan"s name as he assisted us. But I can see all the staff were very good. I have good experience with dreams before too. Always especially for mattress Dreams is best. Never can be a wrong selection. Thanks Team
