We were greeted as we entered the store. The chap was very helpful and knew which mattresses to show us. All staff wearing masks too. So we felt very safe and respected.

The service from Harry was excellent. He spent time assessing our needs and requirements. Then discussed the beds and mattresses in detail. Testing them . We were impressed by the level of service. After visiting Bensons and others the difference in service and knowledge was a level higher. For me service, quality and price are the key factors in large item purchase. Service is very important. If I am looked after , I will come back and happily recommend.

Greeted at entrance of store, explained to Bobby your staff member my medical conditions and we progressed from there to the mattress testing facility, although. I was shown the most expensive mattress I was pressured into buying it, she took her time to show me 3 mattresses in the range I g I would never needed leaving me to choose the one I felt most comfortable with, she also took into consideration my Heart Attack/ stroke and recommended fitting on arrival, something I would of never done before. All credit to her for taking this in consideration.

Very friendly staff member, Melissa, who took her time with us and was polite and treated our teenagers (who the mattresses were for) as nicely as she treated us, even making them a hot chocolate while they sat and waited for us to complete the order details.

I didn’t have to wait for a member of staff to help me and they were very polite and informative.

Baljit from Hayes branch was very friendly and professional,she made our bed hunting worth while by catering to our needs.She was very professional and maintained patience.She had people first attitude.She was very enthusiastic towards selling with in depth knowledge of what she is selling ie pillows, beds, mattress.She was very proactive,transparent,efficient and accurate.She was very empathetic and we can tell she was very passionate towards her job.Overall made our experience amazing and worth while.

I spoke Bobby the floor support who was absolutely amazing. She was professional and emphatic, knew what she was talking about and had amazing knowledge about mattresses. 5 star service.
