Kishan approached us when we entered the store and explained about the Sleepmatch service. We did this and it allowed us to find the mattress right for us. He took his time to explain mattress types, pillows and bed frames as well as talking through optional extras such as extended bed and mattress cover. Very efficient even though the store was busy, we never felt rushed and never had to wait for a long time after trying out various mattresses. Very impressed.

The Dream's colleagues, Kiran and Kishan who served me at the Hayes branch were extremely friendly, polite and professional. They answered all my questions, gave me on advice on the best options for my needs and I left feeling extremely satisfied with the product I bought. I found their customer service to be of a high standard and I will definitely be returning to the store to get more great products from them.

The sales assistant was spot on with the products and from my description of the type of mattress I was looking for showed me the best available. He offered tea and coffee and was generally very friendly and helpful.

I liked the fact that I was asked to try a monitor to see what type of bed was the best for us.we started with a firm bed and got what we needed and highly satisfied .
