Kiran was absolutely amazing massive smile on her face the whole time while helping us and also the staff joined in for a laugh and joke while we were at the desk all the staff seemed brilliant at their jobs and were more then helpful... Thank you very much Kiran

When I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman who showed me several different types of beds and mattresses. I was offered a warm drink and advised to us use the machine that calculated the best type of mattress for my needs. I was asked to "Try out" the beds and was given time to make up my mind. Ms Kishan Bkivan helped me to order my bed via the computer. I am very satisfied with the customer service delivery and would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

The customer service was of high quality. We were shown about other products we didn't know about before e.g the electronic use of the ottoman, he showed us that style. He showed us different ranges and styles, due to his customer service we didn't go to another store we were satisfied enough to buy the product there and then. We were offered a hot drink which was very hospitable.

Given advice, given a good selection to try. Given a wide variety of cost chose to go with the highest price for quality and comfort.

As I was greeted on arrival, shown efficiently all products I was interested in and able to make a purchase whilst feeling relaxed.

A very good range of products to choose from including exactly what I was hoping to find. The quality of the products seem very good. Also Harry spent alot of time listening to my requirements. Even though he showed me the most expensive products first, when it became clear that the cost was more than I wanted to pay, he didn't push them but instead showed me mattresses more in the range I wanted to spend. There were no hidden extras and the total cost and the finances available were thoroughly explained. All in all a very straightforward shopping experience.

Excellent welcome we got from the hayes middx store the fella who was called harry was very helpful indeed well spoken and let us do the bed test to find the correct mattress that would certainly suit our needs also coffee and tea made for us whilst sorting out our order for two mattress which we have now brought and will be dev this Saturday so overall a excellent service throughout and I am very satisfied and csnt what to sleep on a very cozy mattress again 👏👏👍

I was attended to soon after I entered the shop without feeling pressured. Harry chatted with me and took me through the mattress matching and showed and got me to try various mattresses which were suitable for me I quickly chose one and then he showed me various storage bed frames.

We were impressed by the customer service at dreams in Hayes. We were approached immediately and offered recommendations. Very happy. Waiting for Order next week. Very helpful.
