Can't fault the staff, they were very helpful and considerate especially given the need for social distancing and the use of PPE. they gave us lot of time to try out & select the mattress we wanted. Mattress types were well explained and demonstrated, including pillows. Very impressed by the bed sensor we tried out beforehand, strange seeing a screen above you with a 3D image of yourself. Everything well explained, especially with regard to the delivery and collection of our old mattress, given that we are a family that is having to shield due to the vulnerability of my two children. We will be going back for another single mattress, once my daughter is allowed out from her shielding, which is a good endorsement of those working at this branch.

Customer service was excellent. The rep had alot of knowledge and took time out to explain the difference of each mattress and also advised us which mattress to go for our children as they are still growing. The store had clear signs of social distancing, screen guards were up at the desks. The manager as well as the staff were all polite.

I had done research before going to the store so when I entered I was convinced I knew what I was looking for. The shop assistant quickly showed me what I wanted and offered an alternative. When I lay on the alternative mattress I thought "Hmmmm, maybe this is better." but I was not prepared to change. Then the shop assistant offered me to try Sleepmatch. I had read about it on the website, so I readily agreed. The shop assistant offered me to try several other mattresses based on my results from Sleepmatch trying to stay as close as possible to my budget. The mattresses were indeed very comfortable but cost more than what I wanted to spend. Nevertheless, Sleepmatch convinced me that the first alternative mattress, the shop assistant showed me, was indeed better for me. If it wasn't for Sleepmatch I wouldn't have trusted my senses and would have stayed with my initial choice. I walked out of the store convinced that I made an informed decision. The shop assistant understood my needs, offered me a range of mattresses and gave me time to rake a decision. He was actually very patient with me - I walked out of the store whenits working hours had already ended.

The assistant understood and empathised with my priorities and acted accordingly. He let me buy the mattress I wanted even thought it is a very inexpensive model and there were other better mattresses that would also meet my needs.
