We had assistance from the time we walked in. The sleep match wasn't working the day we visited the store however, the person who assisted asked a few questions and knew exactly what mattress would suit my dad. He selected the ones that were suited to my dad and bought over a pillow after asking preference. We were confused with two that my dad liked, the assistant explained the similarity and differences between the two and also explained the 30 night trial. It would have been very difficult for us to pick a suitable mattress had it not been for his help.

I was assisted by baljit sales advisor, had very good knowledge about everything, very impressive and also options about the mattress make and why its suitable to have good mattress for my health too.

We were advised to get a firm or very firm mattress. So we tried out several mattresses & decided on the gel mattress as it was the most comfortable

I was very pleased with the experience of the staff member and his help in me choosing a very good product from the store

Kishen was very helpful caring and understanding towards my elderly mother and showed upmost respect for my friend who is deaf and mute. He explained everything very clearly and with upmost care taking in consideration my mothers finances, and advised her the best way she could purchase the products. The rest of the staff were also absolutely brilliant also taking inconsideration of the Covid rules.

As it was my first time shopping with Dreams, the store itself was clean, neat and tidy. There were many employees who approached us and helped choose the perfect products for us. The employees were very patient and friendly throughout our discussions and made sure we definitely got what we were looking for. The prices were reasonable and there were discounts too. All this and more made my experience with Dreams highly satisfactory.

From the moment we entered the store we were taken care of. Rakesh was absolutely patient with us. He listened to our needs and then provided us with various options that were available. Customer Service was brilliant. We were offered various beverages throughout our visit. There is absolutely nothing we could falter. The whole experience was very good and we would not think twice to recommend Rakesh and the Dreams store at Hayes Bridge Retail Park.

I was welcomed at the door & asked what I was looking for. The video assessment was helpful in suggesting the level of firmness I should try. I was constantly offered water & offered a tea break when I found it difficult to make decisions.
