The first thing when we entered the store, there was clear notices on social distancing which included hand sanitisers for all customers to use. We were greeted by the sales advisors in a professional manner who offered us water and asked how we were and made a great first time impact on us. They provided us with disposable pillow protectors as well as a disposable tissue for us to use when lying on the bed. This was a great service being offered by dreams. We used the sleepmatch machine to make sure we would be purchasing the right mattress for our needs. Prince and Harry also listened to all our requirements even though we had used the sleepmatch machine. Both members of staff were very knowledgable and showed great understanding of the variety of mattresses available. Different types of mattresses were shown to us ranging from different prices. Throughout our time here we were offered water on multiple occasions. This was a great service. All I can say is Overall both sales staff were very professional and caring and made the whole experience amazing. I will recommend this store to all friends and family, as all staff looked very friendly by just to us but other customers.

I was in and out of the store within half an hour - they have a bed that you lay on and it determines your perfect bed that suits however you sleep. Kiran looked after me and showed me a few mattresses that were within my budget- She was lovely and helped me find the perfect item
