He took my husbands and my preferences and needs into consideration and used the newest technology to ensure we got a bed that is suitable to us. His sales ability is top notch he is very approachable. His colleagues were also very helpful and it is clear that they have an excellent working culture in the store. Precautions were taken to ensure areas were sanitised and health and safety is evidently top priority at the store.

We used the sleep machine to match the mattress that we would require. Harry also listened to our requirements and used them to gauge what our preferences would be when looking at different mattresses and beds. He was very knowledgable and showed a great understanding of the different mattresses available.
