From the moment we walked through the door we received a very warm welcome from Harry. He explained the whole process to us before starting. When showing us appropriate mattresses it was clear he had an extensive knowledge of the products. He was very accommodating and allowed us opportunities to go back to retry mattresses, never rushing us. He did not lead us towards a decision but allowed us plenty of time to discuss our preference.
