When I went into the store, I honestly expected the usual friendly greeting, and assistance if asked for. But instead I had a very friendly employee named Rakesh show me around, give me all the information I needed, and kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. Had he of not been this attentive and friendly, it is highly possible I would not of made a purchase that day.

Me and my partner were very weary about going shopping again after all what’s happened with COVID but we really needed a bed so we were delighted when Bobby our sales assistant at Hayes branch welcomed us as we walked through the door with hand sanitizer and explained all the safety measures they had in place straight away. We felt safe and she was extremely helpful. You have a wonderful sales assistant with her. She even gave us plenty of time to discuss over what we wanted after showing us everything which I appreciated
