Me and my partner were very satisfied by the customer service we received in the dreams Hayes branch, Bally helped us with buying a bed frame and mattress, his knowledge of mattresses was great and he very quickly understood the type of mattress we wanted and we gave him our budget so he showed us mattresses that were good and within our budget. He was also very patient with us he didn’t pressurise to make a decision he let us take our time.
