Excellent time spent with the sales colleague, Bobby @ Hayes store helped in every way, from the type of mattress to the type of bed, also down to the pillow and duvet. She let us spend time together as a family to discuss and we never felt pressured in the purchase.

When I went into the store, I honestly expected the usual friendly greeting, and assistance if asked for. But instead I had a very friendly employee named Rakesh show me around, give me all the information I needed, and kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. Had he of not been this attentive and friendly, it is highly possible I would not of made a purchase that day.
