Kishan was excellent, we visited the store twice and on entering the second time he remembered us and also the bedframes and mattress types we were interested in from the first visit. He explained everything clearly.

At all time’s mines and my daughters well being was at the fore front with hygiene a very well kept store especially with the current Covid situation. Each customer that came in after me was acknowledged and the service for waiting was minimal as I wondered around with the recommendations to try. Hopefully when my daughters bed arrives it will be comfortable like the rest I have ordered in the past.

Bobby was very friendly and helpful and catered so well to our needs. She gave us brilliant, accurate advice which allowed us to confidently make the right decision. I really liked that she advised us, pointed us in the right direction and then suggested we take time on our own to discuss the best option, the fact that she left us meant that she was not being overbearing or putting pressure on us, which has been my experience at times with other businesses. When we made our choice, which was not the most expensive option, she said ‘Good choice, if you are not happy with your option after a month you can choose one of the others that you looked at, I will note them down for you.’ Which I thought made for such a more positive experience than if she were to try to further talk me into the most expensive one, which again, I have experienced in the past and found it very off-putting and patronising. She further assisted us on buying all of the accessories for the bed in such a helpful and informative manner. I am very happy with my purchases today.
