We had a wonderful experience at Dreams store in Hayes on Saturday the 8th of August when I took my parents to buy new mattresses. I was concerned about taking my high risk elderly parents shopping under the current virus situation but your colleague Kishan Patel greeted us by the entrance and explained all the precautions in place in the store and immediately made us feel safe and welcome. He was very professional and friendly and really helped us make the best decision. My parents are very happy with their purchase and now having a comfortable sleep. Thank you Kishan for being patient throughout as it was a busy day in the store.
