Harry and Kuhan were patient,highly knowledgeable and were not pushy.They gave us time to decide and encouraged us to try out beds before finally choosing. They gave their opinions and explained the differences between beds so that we could make the right choice.

We were served by Harry who acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. He was very warm and welcoming, his product knowledge was great. He went above and beyond asking if we required more water every so often. He knew the answers to questions that we asked and if he didn’t he made every attempt to find out. He also made sure that the pillows were perfect for our sleeping positions as well as ensuring we got the best results from the sleepmatch device. I would highly recommend Harry for his customer service as well as professionalism.
