We were greeted at the door and offered water and immediate help. Rakesh asked what we were looking for and listened carefully to our needs, then suggested that we use the sleep match to find out what type of mattress would suit us best. He then spent time with us, taking us to different mattresses to try, and explaining, very knowledgeably, the different types of mattresses. He said that we could try a mattress at home for 100 days and, if we felt it wasn’t right for us, we could have a different one and would only have to pay for the delivery. He sanitised everything before and after we used it and maintained a good social distance throughout We felt very safe and extremely well looked after throughout all stages of our visit.
