Staff were really friendly and acknowledged our needs, and also offered us refreshments

Kishan, the member of staff that we dealt with, was very knowledgeable and listened to all our needs and answered all questions that we had.

The staff member was very knowledgeable, actively showed interest in us by refering back to things we had said. Showed us different beds and explained the differences. Allowed us to try different mattresses and go back between two we felt were best. Gave us space to choose and try beds without feeling any time pressure. Never gone through this process before, always picked an "off the shelf" mattress to take away that day. I will always chose this process now. Very big thank you to her for the help.
