The quality of the service was amazing. The sleep test was very accurate. The feel and quality of the bed/mattress was impeccable. Bobbie was super friendly and attentive and tailored her sales techniques to fit and cater our needs.

I had spoken to Prince before arriving at the Southall store, he had built the bed I was looking to view on arrival, in the end it was the bed I ended up buying, the mattress choice was made really easy by using the Dreams mattress gadget (can’t remember the correct terminology for it), this helped narrow down the correct mattresses suited to myself, the first mattress we tried was perfect, me and my partner still decided to try the others but came back to the first one we tried and bought it. The shop maintained social distancing and masks were worn at all times making us feel safer, the purchase process was quick and resolved in a short period of time. Brilliant experience and can’t wait for the bed to arrive!
